Eden is Australia's longest running wellness retreat, set across 400 acres of rainforest in Currumbin Valley. Guests come here to rest, reset, and reconnect, and our grounds and facilities play a huge part in making that possible.

We're looking for a reliable and hands on Grounds & Maintenance person to join our team on a casual basis. This is a varied role that suits someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and is confident operating machinery and handling day to day property tasks. Weekend work will be required.

What you'll be doing


• Keeping gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces beautifully maintained

• Operating machinery including zero turn mowers, brush cutters, and other equipment

• Carrying out general property repairs and upkeep

• Helping care for irrigation systems, pools, and water treatment areas

• Assisting with small projects and improvements across the retreat

• Working alongside other team members and contractors to keep Eden running smoothly

What we're looking for


• Previous experience in grounds, landscaping, or general maintenance

• Confidence operating machinery, especially zero turn mowers and garden equipment

• Experience in pool maintenance including testing, cleaning, and chemical balancing

• Knowledge of mower and equipment care, servicing, and upkeep

• Current driver's licence

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely

• Practical, can do approach with the ability to tackle a variety of jobs

• Attention to detail and pride in your work

• Dependability, with the ability to work both independently and with the team

• Flexibility to work weekends as needed
