The Role

This is a multi‑faceted Project Manager position where you'll be responsible for:

· Taking projects from initial quoting and system design through to handover.

· Collaborating with sales team, clients, technicians and install crews to ensure flawless delivery.

· Using drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD) to review or revise plans and system layouts.

· Coordinating all facets of project execution – scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, quality assurance and site communications.

· Ensuring safety, compliance, and documentation standards are met across every stage.

· Building strong client relationships by being their key point‑of‑contact, keeping them informed and confident in our process.

· Working alongside other project managers and supporting our growth trajectory with smart workflow ideas and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

· Proven project‑management experience specifically in the home automation or audio‑visual industry (experience with platforms such as Crestron, Control4, C‑Bus, Dynalite is highly desirable).

· Solid experience with drawing software such as AutoCAD.

· Strong communication skills — you're confident liaising with clients, technicians, sales and other stakeholders.

· The ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt to changing demands and meet deadlines with professionalism.

· A current NSW driver's licence and willingness to visit sites across the Sydney area.

· The ability to both work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
