About Us

EPG Group (EPG) is a global leader in Payroll, HR, SaaS, and Workforce Management Services, dedicated to optimising compliant processes through our agile HCM platform, Xemplo. We're looking for a Payroll Solutions & Integration Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering seamless payroll and HR software solutions to our clients.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing, integrating, and optimising payroll solutions across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure tailored solutions, and ensure compliance with local legislation and company standards.

In this role, you'll be the key to our clients' success. You'll work directly with both new and existing outsourced payroll clients to:

  • Lead system implementations and integrations using Xemplo HR software.
  • Design and architect integration solutions that connect our clients' systems.
  • Develop integration strategies and automate workflows to boost efficiency.

But it's not just about the technical work. You'll also be instrumental in shaping the future of our client relationships. This includes strategically planning for client lifecycles, identifying opportunities for commercial upgrades, and ensuring our clients stay compliant and efficient as they scale.

To thrive in this position, you'll need:

  • A solid understanding of payroll and HR processes.
  • Proven, hands-on experience with integration solutions.
  • A unique blend of technical expertise and a consultative, change management approach.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of payroll and HR processes, with proven hands-on experience in payroll/HR system integrations.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, data mapping, and system architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
  • Experience in consulting, client-facing implementation, or change management roles highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Xemplo preferred) and outsourced payroll models will be an advantage.
