The Role

Be at the heart of patient care as our Customer Care Consultant. You'll be the primary point of contact for women navigating menopause, handling their queries with professionalism and empathy via phone, email, and SMS. From appointment bookings to medication coordination, you'll provide tailored solutions that truly matter.

Key Responsibilities

This full-time role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of patient care, working Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm (AEST) in a supportive team environment.

  • Serve as the compassionate voice of Emsee Health for patient inquiries
  • Assist new and existing patients with appointment bookings, medication dispensing coordination, and comprehensive query resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care delivery
  • Respond promptly to all daily correspondence from staff and patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records while following all protocols and procedures
  • Contribute to achieving performance standards and patient retention goals
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required to enhance patient experience

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in customer service roles across retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other customer-facing environments
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
  • Customer-focused mindset with genuine care for patient outcomes
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
  • Commitment to delivering excellent service with honesty and transparency
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new systems
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • Team player who can also work independently when needed
