Blue Cross Pharmacy is a customer-focused, independently owned medical centre pharmacy that is part of the IPA group, Pharmacy Alliance.

We offer a variety of professional services, including OTP, vaccinations, and extended scope of practice, with a focus on providing exceptional healthcare to our community. We have a strong working relationship with the adjoining medical centre and surrounding healthcare professionals, and we are eager to expand our services further. We have owners that are involved in the business everyday and are happy to support and mentor young pharmacists.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Pharmacist in Charge to join our dedicated team. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and support from both the owners and experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and expert advice to patients.
  • Collaborate closely with medical centre staff and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, including AHPRA guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (essential).
  • Experience with Z dispense is preferred.
  • Newly registered Pharmacists are welcome to apply.
  • Passionate about the future of pharmacy and developing new professional services.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
