Position

We are searching for a highly capable Administration Assistant. As Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the owner/director. The successful candidate will have a background in Owners Corporation office administration, an uncompromising commitment to customer service.

Your Responsibilities.

  • Liaise with owners, committees, agents, tradespeople, solicitors
  • Lodge and oversee strata insurance claims through to completion
  • Prepare for Annual General Meetings, including action of items arising from the meetings
  • Answer phone calls, attend to email enquiries
  • Conduct various tasks to meet client needs and expectations
  • Other duties as instructed by the director

Your Skills & Experience.

  • Previous experience with accounts payable/receivable and or book keeping is desirable
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the strata industry as an administration assistant is a must
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong digital literacy skills - proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to change - a problem solver
  • Highly motivated team player
