About the Role

You will be trained to independently manage a portfolio of Owners Corporations and be the trusted first point of contact for committees and residents. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships with professionalism and integrity
  • Preparing for, attending, and chairing meetings (training provided)
  • Coordinating and resolving owner and committee queries
  • Reviewing documentation, correspondence, and compliance items
  • Following through on action items and ensuring timely completion
  • Coordinating contractors, maintenance, and operational matters
  • Providing guidance based on legislation and OC rules (training provided)

This is a role for someone who is organized, structured, proactive, and confident in managing relationships and processes - all strengths common in banking.
