Your new role

You'll take ownership of a diverse mix of residential and mixed-use buildings, handling the full scope of Owners Corporation management. This includes AGM preparation, committee liaison, compliance, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day client engagement - all supported by an internal team and streamlined systems.

The best part? You'll only be required in the office 1 day per week, with the rest of your time fully flexible to work from home or on the go, trusting you to manage your workload independently.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Prior experience in Owners Corporation management
  • A proactive, client-first mindset and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly, manage priorities, and maintain strong relationships
  • Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (or willingness to obtain)
