About the Role

We are seeking a confident, reliable, and quick-learning receptionist to join our team in the Sydney CBD clinic. This role is more than just answering phones – you will be the first point of contact for our patients and a vital part of ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients warmly and managing check-ins/check-outs
  • Answering enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email with clarity and professionalism
  • Understanding and confidently explaining common conditions (e.g., fractures, tendinitis) and treatment processes at a high level (training provided)
  • Booking and managing appointments in our practice management software (Cliniko)
  • Processing payments accurately, including Medicare, private health, and Workcover claims
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, stock management, and maintaining clinic tidiness
  • Supporting physiotherapists to ensure smooth clinic operations

About You

  • Confident communicator with excellent English (both spoken and written)
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and medical terminology
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative when required
  • Professional, friendly, and able to build rapport with patients
  • Previous reception/administration or healthcare experience is desirable, but not essential
