This is a full-time, fixed-term position commencing in Term October 2025 to 2 April

The College Receptionist is a key member of the Finance and Administration team at the College, and is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of Reception at the College, involving parent/caregiver services and query management.

We are seeking a focused and organised individual with a positive attitude. Experience in customer-facing administration at a medium-large organisation is essential. Effective time management and communication is also key for this role, alongside excellent customer service skills.

Your day will look like:

·       Greeting visitors, parents, staff and students with professionalism and warmth, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.

·       Answering and triaging incoming calls and emails promptly, and management of queries.

·       Providing administrative support to staff and leadership, including distributing internal communications.

·       Supporting staff with scheduling and resource bookings.

·       Administration qualifications and/or relevant/equivalent work experience

·       A current Working with Children registration

·       To be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education

·       To be working towards or have completed the Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School
