Bridgit is a non-bank lender specialising in bridging loans. We fill a gap left open by traditional lenders by offering the only flexible and dependable product in the market. The difference you'll make
As our Marketing Specialist, you will help bring our brand to life, build campaigns that connect, and amplify our impact across multiple channels. You will work alongside a passionate and growing team, reporting to our Marketing Manager. This is your chance to contribute across brand, content, and product marketing while gaining hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing.

What You'll Do

Brand & Campaign Marketing

  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across our key channels.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to roll out impactful brand campaigns.
  • Conduct research into market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.


Product Marketing

  • Assist in go-to-market plans for new product features and releases.
  • Help ensure our product experience aligns with our brand identity and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure strong communication of product updates.
  • Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunity.


Content Marketing

  • Manage our content calendar, from ideas and briefs through to publishing.
  • Craft or coordinate content that supports our marketing and product goals.
  • Ensure messaging remains consistent and aligned with our broader strategy.


Marketing Reporting

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to measure and analyse campaign performance.
  • Use insights to optimise future marketing efforts and highlight wins.


Growth & Development

  • Gain experience in digital marketing, SEO, and web optimisation.
  • Contribute ideas, test new approaches, and grow your marketing toolkit in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment or startup.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A keen eye for detail, creative flair, and an eagerness to learn.
