About Us

We are an established international beverage brand with 11 stores across New South Wales, dedicated to bringing high-quality bubble tea and innovative drinks to our local community. As we continue to expand in Australia, we are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sydney CBD and lead our brand's growth and engagement strategy.

The Role

As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer traffic, and support the overall business growth of our NSW stores. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, develop, and implement brand marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.


• Manage and grow the brand's social media presence (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).


• Coordinate local marketing initiatives for 9 stores across NSW, including seasonal promotions and in-store events.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and consumer trends.


• Collaborate with store managers to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotional activities.


• Develop and manage content creation (photos, videos, copywriting) tailored to the Australian market.


• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.


• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.

About You


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.


• 2+ years of marketing experience (retail, F&B, or hospitality industry preferred).


• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.


• Creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin will be highly regarded.


• Passion for food & beverage, and strong cultural awareness of both Australian and Chinese consumer markets.
