About the RoleThe Associate Director, Industry Development leads the coordination and delivery of initiatives that drive innovation, strengthen collaboration, and build resilient industry sectors across NSW. This role is pivotal in supporting economic growth and competitiveness by fostering strategic partnerships, managing funding programs, and ensuring robust governance from inception to completion. We're Looking For
- Program Delivery: Ability to lead end-to-end program implementation with strong governance, risk, and performance frameworks.
- Funding Management: Expertise in administering and allocating funding for industry bodies and peak committees.
- Strategic Partnerships: Proven capability to build alliances across industry, government, and peak associations, experience aligned with the NSW Industry Policy would be highly desirable.
- Communication Excellence: Develop clear, compelling reports, submissions, and ministerial briefs for diverse audiences.
