About the Role

An enthusiastic and detail-oriented Learning Operations Coordinator to join the Learning and Leadership team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality training across our Operations division, including Member Care, Join and Retain, and Claims.

It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys facilitating learning, creating engaging content, and coordinating smooth training experiences.

About You

You're motivated to exceed expectations and conquer new challenges. You're driven to achieve excellence for those you work for – and those you work with.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Experience in training facilitation, instructional design, or related roles.

  • 1-2 years in a learning and development admin or HR type role

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
