We're looking for a
Data Engineering Lead
to drive enterprise-scale data platform transformation and lead a team of ~15 data professionals including Engineers, DevOps specialists, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters. You'll be a strategic partner to the CDAO, shaping our clients data infrastructure, advanced analytics capabilities, and regulatory-compliant data solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Lead design, implementation, and optimization of scalable data platforms on
    Azure
    and
    Snowflake
    , including ETL pipelines, real-time/batch processing, and data lakes/lakehouses.
  • Deliver enterprise data engineering standards, frameworks, and DevOps practices.
  • Drive regulatory data solutions, automated reporting, and compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with analytics, AI, and data governance teams to enable self-service analytics and advanced insights.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering technical excellence and innovation.

What we're looking for:

  • 15+ years in
    data engineering, architecture, and platform development
    .
  • Deep expertise with
    Azure cloud services, Snowflake, Informatica, SQL, Python, Spark, and modern data frameworks
    .
  • Proven experience leading large data teams and complex transformation initiatives.
  • Strong strategic, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Passion for building world-class data infrastructure and driving technical innovation.
