THE ROLE

Join us as we expand our Southern Region service team You'll build amazing customer relationships, ensure top-notch service, and support our BDMs. If you thrive in team environments, have a keen eye for detail, and want to learn and grow professionally along the way, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team up with Service Coordinators to meet KPIs.
  • Keep our Service CRM Database accurate and up-to-date.
  • Schedule and manage maintenance and service callouts.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on new service opportunities.
  • Address customer concerns and improve our processes.

Skills Needed:

  • Customer Experience Focused
  • Previous Customer Service Roles preferred but not essential.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, outlook etc.
  • A rockstar can-do attitude

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Flexible hours/Hybrid workplace negotiable based on experience.
