Our team includes Accountants, Tax Advisors, Auditors, Bookkeepers, Financial Planners and Business Advisors.
THE ROLE
Duties include but not limited to:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, maintaining client relationships with a strong emphasis on client service
- Administration support to the Financial Planning team
- Maintaining client database
- Preparation of client review documentation
- Implementation of client advice
- Prepare and lodge applications and follow through to completion
ABOUT YOU
You will be organised, committed and a dedicated person who is eager to secure a full a full-time position in Client Services and is keen to show they will take responsibility, pride and control in their work.
The successful candidate will demonstrate
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong Word and Excel skills.
- Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate that possesses the above attributes to work in a fast paced, challenging and fun environment. Ideal working hours will be either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
