About The Firm:

Armstrong Doessel Stevenson Lawyers (ADS Law) is part of the Legal Practice Holdings Group and is based in Strathpine. ADS Law works in areas of law including - Family Law, Wills, Estates, Probate, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, Commercial Law and more.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Generalist Solicitor with experience in Family Law and Estate law with at least 3 years PAE. A background in commercial litigation would be beneficial but not a requirement. We'd like to invite you to join our team on a full-time basis. You will have support staff, and support from management. This is an opportunity to apply your knowledge and develop expertise in many facets of law. You will be expected to participate in business and client development strategies.

To Be Successful in this role, you will possess sound legal, and commercial acumen. You'll enjoy dealing with clients face to face, plus have the willingness to step up and manage complex matters, assist and supervise junior staff, as well as:

  • Strong attention to detail and legal drafting skills
  • Experience working in a variety of matter types
  • Have previously briefed counsel and experts
  • Be a confident and strong communicator
  • Experience appearing in court is a plus
