Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lawyer to join our team with a primary focus on commercial and business matters. The successful candidate will be directly reporting to the Principal of the firm and responsible for providing legal counsel and support to our clients in these areas, ensuring that their legal needs are met effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial and business legal matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, Deeds and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Provide guidance on property transactions, commercial transactions, estate planning, and more.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting commercial and business law.

Requirements

• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• High-level research and analytical skills.
• A Queensland legal qualification.
• 2 to 4 years of Post Admission Experience (PAE), preferably within the commercial or business law area.

Remuneration

A competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
