Proyacht is a highly established and trusted name at the Boat Works, Coomera. We are looking for a highly experienced Composite Boat Builder to join or busy team of marine professionals working on high end boats, across a broad range of work. No day will be the same. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all composites, working on fit-outs, modifications, bow and stern thruster installations, swim platform construction, rudders and centre boards. You must be a keen and friendly team player but also be self-motivated and responsible for your workload. You must be highly organised and trustworthy, willing to put in the hours and have immense pride in your work. This is not a trainee position and we need someone who can hit the ground running straight away. Remuneration is generous, with a great work environment and a very close-knit team. Uniform is supplied. Please be prepared to bring your own tools, in line with any skilled tradesman, and have a reliable vehicle for very local use around the boat yard. You must have a good driver record, and a forklift licence would be highly advantageous. Monday to Friday, half-day Friday, although weekend work is often available.
