Stella Marine Group is an expanding marine product manufacturer and service company. We have a team of driven individuals who form a team that strives to produce the best made equipment in the marine industry, we are looking for additional like minded individuals to expand the team and our capabilities.
As a manufacturer of our own patented equipment, exporting all over the world, we are focused on producing outstanding quality in our processes. We are continually developing those processes and the team implementing them.
We have a cnc workshop with Laser cutter, mills, lathes and Hydraulic cylinder honing capabilities. We are based in Australias newest and most advanced shipyard, based right here on the Gold Coast, it an amazing environment and a pleasure to work in.
The Position
As a Fabricator with Stella you will be provided with a fabrication bay and welding equipment, as with all tradesman you will supply your own hand tools, but all else is provided. You bay will have state of the art welding table with T Slot clamping systems incorporated and will be setup with all the welders and gear you need to do you job.
We are looking for individuals that strive to produce quality, that have a desire to succeed and grow and want to be involved in a team environment based around respect. You should be proud of the work you create and your achievement's.
You will need to trade qualified with good welding skills across different machines and materials, be willing to work within a great young team but able to manage your own time and schedule.
Duties will include:
Fabrication of Stainless equipment
Mig and tig welding
Some Aluminium Fabrication and welding
Cutting, welding and building high quality equipment from scratch.
