Hodge Hotels are looking for motivated, hands-on future leaders who want to grow into Duty Manager and Venue Manager roles at our pumping regional venue, the Forbes Inn. About the role:

You'll work closely with Assistant Managers and Licensees to learn how to run all aspects of a busy hotel venue — including food, beverage, gaming, and customer experience. You'll gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop, with the goal of stepping into more senior roles.

Skills & Experience (desirable but not essential):

  • Exposure to TAB, gaming, or pub-style food & beverage service
  • Customer service experience
  • Team leadership or training experience
  • Understanding of opening & closing procedures
  • Knowledge of compliance & safety standards
