  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams, including leading regular stand-ups and meetings.
  • Drive team alignment with project management best practices and Council frameworks.
  • Oversee project changes, contract variations, and ensure compliance with records management requirements.
  • Support change management and produce high-quality documentation, reports, and updates.
  • Be a forward-thinker who identifies opportunities for improvement and inspires your team to innovate and solve problems.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Project management certification from a recognised body (desirable).
  • Extensive experience managing digital and technology projects end to end.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Experience leading project teams and managing staff performance.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on organisational objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to quality customer service.
  • Confident problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively manage risks and issues.
