Part time Support Coordinator
- 3 Days a week
- Redcliffe (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with the probability to change to fulltime after 3 months)

This role is primarily responsible to assess needs and coordinate supports for NDIS participants referred to Lets Connect Support Services for level 2 Support Coordination Services. The goal of our support coordination team at Lets Connect Support Services is to improve the lives of people with a disability who are participants of the NDIS and in turn assist them to achieve their goals.

Our office is situated in Redcliffe QLD where you will be based. We do face to face visits with our participants and have company vehicles available to book to be able to facilitate this.

There are KPI's that need to be met with this role with regard to billable time. It is an expectation that part of your role you will participate in expos, team meetings and networking meetings.

Lets Connect Supports Services is a small family run business delivering Support Coordination to NDIS participant, their families and carers.

Lets Connect Support Services prides its self on offering unique client focused support to people with disabilities, their families and carers. The company owner has over 20 years experience in the disability sector including lived experience and knowledge. We pride ourselves in delivering a high quality service to people with a disability and their community of support.

**Salary**: $37.54 per hour

- Flexible hours

All employees must be double vaccinated and wear masks to face to face meetings where social distancing cannot be achieved.

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- NDIS Industry: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Card (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
