About the role
The Occupational Therapist delivers high-quality, evidence-based care as part of the Redcliffe Adult Mental Health Team, providing assessment, intervention, and recovery-focused treatment for adults with severe and complex mental health needs. The role promotes consumer-centred outcomes within a trauma-informed framework.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and recovery-focused occupational therapy interventions.
• Provide care coordination, case management, and collaborative treatment planning.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teamwork and effective stakeholder communication.
• Support service development, quality improvement, and student supervision.
• Maintain clinical documentation and uphold professional and ethical standards.
