Seeking a Senior Consultant, Consumer Deposits Pricing, to drive excellence in NAB's Everyday Banking proposition to optimise margin across all segments and deliver desired customer outcomes

As a Senior Consultant, Consumer Deposits Pricing, you will be joining Consumer Deposit team in Personal Banking, that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Develop Personal Everyday Banking Pricing strategies, frameworks and guidelines
  • Lead ad hoc analysis to drive key Personal Everyday Banking pricing initiatives
  • Recommend data-driven price settings and changes in conjunction with Everyday Banking teams for approval
  • Communicate key insights on the drivers of deposit volumes and financial impacts
  • Accountability for Personal Everyday Banking Pricing Governance
  • Lead quarterly review processes assessing the effectiveness of pricing strategies in delivering to customer and organisational outcomes
  • Deliver to financial plan and targets, including strategic initiatives and the realisation of benefits.
  • Proactively monitor risk and assurance requirements within agreed Risk Appetite and manage non-compliance in a timely and prudent energy.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience within financial services
  • Track record with understanding data models to drive pricing decision making
  • Extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
  • Extensive experience of metrics reporting that deliver key insights
  • Knowledge of the deposit market
