Reporting to: Director and Office Manager

Salary: Can be negotiated

Hours: 40 hours per week. Some flexibility around general business hours. Permanent

Location: Work from home with occasional office-based work to suit business needs. Initial 3-month probation would be office based to allow for onsite training and inductions.

About the company: Compressed Air Technology are specialist consultants and contractors for the compressed air industry. We work with industrial compressed air operators to maximise efficiency, reliability and productivity. We design, supply, install, monitor and certify compressed air systems for a wide range of industries Australia wide.

Purpose of the position: This PA role offers a broad scope of support responsibilities to the Director and his wider team. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination of schedules, communication, documentation, and workflow, contributing to the efficiency and success of the broader team. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual who is comfortable working independently.

Key responsibilities include:

· Track, triage and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely action or referral in line with procedures.

· Coordinate and manage the Directors diary, travel bookings.

· Prepare, draft, and format a variety of documents including Purchase orders, Health and Safety documents, invoices etc.

· Maintain accurate records and filing systems and organised email inbox.

· Liaise with stakeholders and clients and suppliers as required.

· Manage Directors day to day administration tasks.

· Support ad-hoc tasks as requested by Director and wider team.

Work experience and skills: Whilst no formal qualifications are required, should meet the following criteria:

· demonstrated experience in a similar role.

· a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools.

· desirable but not essential if the applicant is familiar with Xero and Service M8 or similar job management software.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· Calm person who is able to manage multiple competing needs.

· A motivated and proactive approach

· Excellent communication skills.

· The ability to work independently while following instructions

· Has appropriate Visa to work permanently in Australia.
