Group Fitness Instructor

Job Responsibilities:
As an F45 Coach you will be responsible for:
- Leading high-energy and engaging F45 group workouts.
- Providing individualized attention and coaching to members.
- Demonstrating exercises and techniques with proper form and technique.
- Creating a positive and motivating atmosphere for members of all fitness levels.
Monitoring and tracking member progress, providing feedback, and adjusting workouts as needed.
Assisting in content creation for social media
- Assisting in the development and implementation of fitness challenges and programs.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer or relevant fitness certification.
- F45 certification or willingness to obtain it.
- CPR/AED certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about fitness.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Experience:
- Previous experience in group fitness instruction is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with functional training and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) concepts.
