to lead the end-to-end strategy, delivery and lifecycle of our Credit Cards technology stack. In this senior leadership role, you'll drive innovation, ensure secure and scalable solutions and empower seamless lending experiences for millions of Australians. Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team aligned with Westpac's workforce strategy.

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and results.

• Mentor and develop future technology leaders.

• Technology Strategy & Delivery

• Define and maintain the Credit Cards technology roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Lead planning and execution of technical solutions with a focus on quality and timeliness.

• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to deliver seamless product journeys.

• Architecture & Governance

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and modern engineering practices.

• Uphold regulatory compliance, data privacy, and technology risk controls.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary technology interface for business, compliance, operations and risk.

• Evaluate and manage third-party solutions in line with CTO strategy.

• Innovation & Collaboration

• Champion emerging technologies (AI, frameworks, patterns) to drive growth and efficiency.

• Provide technical guidance and foster cross-domain collaboration (e.g., Testing, Payments, Data).
