We are working with a leading US HealthTech SaaS Vendor who are growing their Australian sales team and require a Regional Sales Manager based in Sydney. Our client sells leading cloud based practice management software and also has an on-premise version which helps their clients streamline and run their practices efficiently. They have many advantages over the competition and as a result are growing their team again.

Regional Sales Executive

We are looking for a sales hunter and business developer who is skilled at building a consistent sales funnel and closing new logo's. This role is suited for a hunter, who enjoys visiting clients, is able to sell a business application using a consultative sales strategy and is experienced in closing a number of deals monthly in shorter sales cycles of 1 week to 3 months. You'd be selling a leading software solution, that will genuinely make their practices run more efficiently, make their job easier and less stressful and with additional services and coaching solutions help them drive more traffic into their practices.

  • A hunter that enjoys prospecting, business development and meeting clients
  • Experience with shorter sales cycles and enjoys closing multiple deals regularly
  • Enjoy business conversations and understand how a small business / practice works
  • Can demonstrate sales success and able to discuss your previous targets, results and wins
  • Are smart and can think quickly on their feet, overcome objections
  • Someone that knows how to disrupt, use information to get a business off competitor products

Key Experience:

  • At least 2+ years consultative business development experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to add value to customers while hitting business targets
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control and account development
  • Customer focused and understand how to deep dive into customer needs
  • Ability to build pipeline, get in front of prospects, close deals, and repeat - leveraging referrals, etc

On Offer:

  • A base salary of $120K to $135K or higher + $17,500K car allowance, petrol, parking and commissions.

  • A couple of reps in each state so big enough to enjoy and small enough to have a great territory
  • A sales leader who is very experienced in this space and led teams in various countries for this vendor
