Are you a motivated and experienced administration professional?
Brightwater is looking for an Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Oats Street site located in East Victoria Park.
This is a permanent full time opportunity working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm, 76 hours per fortnight.
As an Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and contractors, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You'll also provide critical administrative support to the Program Manager, ensuring a customer-centred approach in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
- Provide efficient administrative support, including accurate data entry and making appointments for clients, liaising with their team and reception duties.
- Build positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Previous administration experience and ability to accurately input data with high attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that builds and develops teamwork and establishes successful working relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent customer service skills with an understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
- A current National Police Certificate (issued within the last 12 months).
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check.
