About the Role:
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

You will be working closely with our education consultants and migration agents, providing

timely, high-quality administrative support.

Our administrative team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Full training

will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support education and migration consultants with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate client records and data entry
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with internal procedures

Work Details:

- Casual position based in our Perth office
- Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Collegiate and energetic team culture

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Task-focused and process-driven, with a desire for continuous improvement
- Experienced in administration (preferred), ideally in a corporate or office setting

This role is ideal for international students or anyone with some administrative experience

seeking flexible hours in a casual role.
