Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Melbourne.

**Salary**: 130K + Super

**Job Summary**:
The HR Manager is responsible for leading the HR function within the BPO, ensuring the alignment of human resources practices with business goals. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and driving initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback processes.

Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, managing audits and reporting as required.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a BPO environment.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: From $130,000.00 per year
