**The Role**:
This is an entry-level full-time permanent position. It is a broad and hands-on position role where your duties will be split among the following areas:
- 30% Finance (expense management, cost allocation, timesheet data entry, project quotes and purchase orders)
- 30% HR (onboarding employees, policy management, assisting with HR reporting)
- 30% Admin (Answering phones, admin support, booking travel and accommodation, kitchen and stationary management)
- Ad hoc reporting for the FC and CEO
You will sit with the finance team and report to an experienced and supportive manager that is happy to mentor and train.
**Your Background**:
To be considered for this Finance and HR administrator position, our client is looking for the following attributes:
- Working experience from an office environment, hospitality or retail background
- Desire to take on some accounting-related duties
- Personality - keen to learn and open-minded, responsible and a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be constantly liaising with different levels of management as well as suppliers and vendors.
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
This role is suited to someone who wants to kick start their administration career within a supportive work environment that will allow them to stretch their skill set and develop professionally.
