What You'll Do:

  • Operate and monitor furnaces and related machinery
  • Perform inspections, calibrations, and maintenance
  • Record heat treatment cycles and production data
  • Collaborate with QA and production teams
  • Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring:

  • Background in Metallurgy or Materials Engineering (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with heat treating steel
  • Strong understanding of metallurgical principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
