  • Proven ability to lead a responsive, customer-focused team, improve service outcomes, and manage time effectively across varied operations.
  • Experience engaging external advisors and stakeholders to align service delivery with Council standards, build strategic partnerships, and influence collaborative outcomes.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong contract management in the areas of Property and Leasing, including a focus on governance, best value and statutory compliance.

  • Encourage high performance from all team members by facilitation of feedback, use of new technology and enable time to continuously improve service delivery and value.
  • Technical and/or professional qualifications in property management would be highly regarded.
