MHR is seeking motivated and high-calibre Graduates to join our team in delivering tailored Human Resource solutions to small and medium enterprises.

Founded in 2014, MHR is a leader in providing end-to-end HR services for SMEs. Unique in our approach, we offer both ongoing outsourced HR support and short-term consulting solutions. Our expertise covers recruitment, employee relations, HR strategy, policy development, WorkCover, and all other aspects of HR management.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of industries while receiving structured mentoring from experienced consultants.

The role is hybrid full-time employment.

You will work in office, remotely and on client-site. You will gradually take on responsibility in:

  • Delivering HR generalist services to assigned clients
  • Assisting HR Managers with strategic HR projects
  • Driving organisational performance management initiatives
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Supporting clients and maintaining strong employee relationships
  • Ensuring client documentation is maintained in our cloud-based systems
  • Assisting with broader HR projects as required

About you

You are eager to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and kickstart your career in HR. With a positive and energetic approach, you will also demonstrate:

  • An undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in one of the following fields:

  • Human Resources

  • Law
  • Management
  • Psychology
