Role Description

This is a full-time role based from Sydney, NSW. We are also open to interstate professionals who are driven and able to work autonomously. The National Dealer Support specialist is responsible for supporting RTD's dealer network through education, training, and relationship management, while helping to identify opportunities for sales growth.

This role focuses on maintaining strong dealer relationships, delivering training sessions, supporting sales development, managing demonstration equipment & sales, all with the goal of growing brand presence, improving dealer confidence, and increasing market opportunities. The successful applicant will also travel interstate for Expos and to support our Australia wide dealer network. The role is crucial in ensuring that our dealer network receives the support and information necessary to provide high-quality assistive solutions to individuals living with disabilities.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Current Working with Children & Police Checks
  • NDIS worker Screening Clearance
  • Current drivers licence
  • Strong customer contact and customer support skills with strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and well with a small growing team
  • Able to travel nationally to events, also for dealer and client support
  • Proactive: Able to identify and act on opportunities to support and educate dealers
  • Approachable: Builds strong, trusting relationships across different groups
  • Organised: Manages multiple responsibilities efficiently and meets deadlines, maintains customer database, schedules regular trips and meetings, following up on initiative's.
  • Adaptable: Able to adjust to different audiences, products, and environments
  • Sales-Aware: Understands how product knowledge and support contribute to stronger sales results
  • Experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation equipment industry is desirable, while Certificate IV in Training & assessment or Disability, or Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Education are also a plus.
