**About the Role**
As a **Dealer Support**, you will be assisting the Inventory Team to achieve best practice development in forecasting, procurement, inventory control, supplier and customer relationship management.
**Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following**:
- Quality handling of all Dealer contacts and delivering a positive dealer support experience
- Being the primary point of contact for Parts customers for parts enquiries, customer complaints and any other miscellaneous enquiries.
- Assist Dealers with parts interpretation, technical parts enquiries, order assistance and ad-hoc enquiries or requirements
- Look for ways to reduce operating expenses, errors and wastage

**About You**
To be successful you must possess the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role and an understanding of parts interpretation
- Experience in the automotive industry
- A qualification in Parts Interpretation will be highly regarded
- Experience working with brands including Subaru, Peugeot, Citroen and Proton will be highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confident in the use of computer programs including MS Office
