Casa Restaurant is a relaxed yet refined Mediterranean-inspired dining spot in the heart of Mooloolaba. Known for its thoughtful food, great wine, and effortless coastal style, Casa brings together design, flavour, and genuine hospitality in one beautiful space.

We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our small front-of-house team and uphold the warm, polished experience Casa is known for.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests, and setting the tone for great service. You'll manage a small team, work closely with the bar and kitchen, and ensure every guest leaves feeling welcomed and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a small, engaged FOH team
  • Be actively involved in service, both on the floor and behind the bar
  • Deliver warm, attentive service aligned with Casa's Mediterranean style
  • Oversee daily operations, guest experience, and service flow
  • Manage rostering, training, and team culture
  • Maintain presentation and design standards that reflect Casa's aesthetic

About You
