A rapidly scaling SaaS company is on a mission following a recent raise out of the US, driving significant growth.

The role will take ownership of the technical direction and execution, leading a distributed, high-performing team that delivers scalable, secure, and innovative software products.

You will drive and guide the technology roadmap, build engineering capability, and ensure product delivery aligns with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a global engineering organisation across multiple time zones.

Set and execute a strategic technology vision aligned with product and commercial priorities.

Oversee architecture, systems design, and delivery of complex web applications.

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, remote-first engineering culture.

Drive a high-quality build at pace

Work closely with Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver customer value.

Candidates should have:

Extensive senior engineering leadership experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS companies.

Strong technical foundation in modern web architecture

Experience leading distributed teams and scaling engineering operations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical and business objectives.

Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining top engineering talent.

Commercially minded, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
