is partnering with one of our clients to find a
Senior Marketing Manager
to lead product and brand marketing as our client transitions from enterprise-only sales to incorporating self-service offerings. You'll establish marketing processes, launch new products, and coordinate initiatives across Australia, the US, and Europe.

The Role

You'll be instrumental in building marketing clarity and execution as the company scales their marketing capabilities. Working across product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams, you'll drive go-to-market strategies while establishing the marketing operations foundation needed for international growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Establish marketing strategy and execution - Create clear marketing plans with defined priorities and budgets across product, brand, and lifecycle initiatives
• Lead self-service product launches - Manage complete go-to-market processes including positioning, onboarding experiences, and lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Build product marketing capabilities - Develop automated marketing flows and lifecycle campaigns to support customer retention and growth
• Enable sales teams - Create compelling sales materials and maintain regular communication to ensure marketing supports revenue goals
• Coordinate global marketing - Manage relationships with external agencies and align internal teams across international markets

What we're looking for:

• Strong marketing experience with product marketing capabilities in startup and scaleup environments
• Proven track record launching B2B SaaS products that achieve strong adoption
• Experience working with technical teams and understanding marketing analytics and ROI measurement
• Background setting up marketing operations, email campaigns, triggers, and automation systems
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments, particularly with product-led growth or self-service models
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and creating sales enablement materials
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate across multiple time zones

Bonus points for:
Previous experience in startups transitioning from sales-led to product-led growth, genuine curiosity about AI and innovative tools, exposure to creative agencies and their processes.
