We are a fun, dynamic group looking for an energetic, outgoing Social Media Creator and Influencer for our 4 offices throughout the Fraser Coast & Bundaberg Regions with the ability to work from one of our 4 offices.

The position includes;

  • Social Media Creation across all three of our market leading brands
  • Design & implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish & share engaging content daily/weekly/monthly
  • Work closely with staff to make fun videos and content for all of our pages (6)
  • Monitor & report on effectiveness of campaigns
  • Suggest & implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions & competitions
  • Develop & execute a comprehensive monthly social media strategy
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist and/or influencer
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation & communication skills
  • Social networking experience & social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail & customer-oriented multi-tasker
  • Ability to work independently & within a team environment
