About the Role

This role is suited for someone looking to advance their broking career. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Servicing client enquiries
  • Processing and managing new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
  • Placing risks with insurers
  • Managing your own portfolio
  • General administrative duties and assistance with the team

To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented, client-focused, and a strong team player.

About You

  • Experience within the insurance broking industry
  • Driven to grow a portfolio with the support of your Head of Portfolio and Account Managers
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and underwriters
  • Strong communication, computer, and documentation skills
  • Experience using broking systems (Insight highly regarded) and the Microsoft Office Suite is highly valued
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Career-focused, responsible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic to learn and grow
  • Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking (Tier 1 highly regarded)
