The Opportunity

We are seeking a Factory Hand to join our Production Paint Shop Team with on the job training provided.

This role ensures that the steel framing is fully painted, meeting company standard requirements and as per the customer order colour specification.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Spray work with structural steel including but not limited to 'A' frame trusses, steel columns and 'C' section portals
  • Stock management within the spray painting booth and adjacent areas
  • Repacking and strapping of customer orders, as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

  • High quality of work
  • Experienced in wet paint application equipment (desirable)
  • Previous Spray Painting experience (desirable)
  • Spray work with structural steel
  • Ability to prioritise, with high attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously to set standards and timeframes for work completion
  • Be punctual and dedicated to your work
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
  • Forklift Licence is desirable
