About The Role
We are seeking a confident, polished, and experienced
Sales & Product Trainer
(based in Melbourne Mulgrave office) to lead high-impact training sessions for DENZA. This role is critical in shaping the capabilities of our dealership network, with a focus on luxury product knowledge and high-end customer service standards. You will deliver both sales and technical training, and ensure our people are equipped to represent the brand with excellence.

This is a senior role — ideal for someone who brings automotive training experience, a structured and professional approach, and the ability to command a room.

Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery

  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual training for dealership teams on both sales process and Denza's premium vehicle range.
  • Reinforce luxury service expectations and elevate the customer experience through structured, interactive training.
  • Use role-playing, simulations, and technical walkarounds to bring concepts to life.
  • Translate complex technical features into practical, customer-facing knowledge.
  • Stay current with Denza's product updates, connected tech, and premium offerings.

Training Content Implementation

  • Roll out training content developed by the Learning and Development team.
  • Prepare and adapt slides, handouts, videos, and technical aids for training use.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in delivery across sessions.
  • Contribute to updates of training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Evaluation and Feedback

  • Assess learning using quizzes, observations, and feedback tools.
  • Provide clear, constructive coaching to help participants lift performance.
  • Collect feedback and contribute insights to improve future training.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and dealership leaders to align on training priorities.
  • Maintain attendance, performance, and feedback records.
  • Share insights and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Denza's training approach.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Education, Communications, Automotive, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience delivering both sales and product/technical training, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Experience in premium or luxury automotive brands is highly regarded.
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • Confident explaining key automotive concepts: EV platforms, hybrid systems, and
  • intelligent driving tech.
  • Competent with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Familiar with virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Comfortable using or learning Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Professional, confident, and highly organised.
  • Able to engage and motivate a wide range of learners.
  • Holds high standards and encourages accountability in others.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin would be highly regarded.
