The Opportunity
As an Investor Services Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless onboarding and support for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing client requests accurately and efficiently.

• Managing communications with clients and stakeholders.

• Ensuring compliance within service level agreements and quality standards.

• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer onboarding within financial services.

• Familiarity with superannuation legislation, pension & insurance applications (advantageous).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
