Director of Investor Outreach

We are seeking a seasoned capital raiser to spearhead our institutional investor outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted strategies for institutional, family office, and financial planner channels.
- Promote our unlisted property funds to high-net-worth investors and drive growth through relationship development and strategic partnerships.
- Leverage expertise to establish and maintain relationships with fund managers, superannuation platforms, family offices, and financial planners.
As a key team member, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of property investment and leave a lasting impact on landmark projects that set new standards in design, experience, and performance.
About You:- Minimum 10 years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or asset management.
- Demonstrated success engaging with institutional investors, family offices, and financial planners.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to craft compelling investment propositions.
