Hatchit Studios is seeking
two experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Senior Consultants
to support a major federal government program. These roles will strengthen the employee technology services branch by delivering HRSD platform maintenance, upgrades, backlog enhancements, and cyber security uplift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the client's
    HRSD platform
    , including incident resolution, backlog delivery, and security patching.
  • Deliver
    annual HRSD instance upgrades
    , assessing new features and implementing enhancements.
  • Create
    Business Test Automation
    and ensure robust test practices.
  • Apply and embed
    cyber security requirements
    (including remediation of pen test outcomes).
  • Leverage
    Performance Analytics
    for reporting and insights.
  • Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Collaborate within an
    agile, multi-vendor environment
    using DevOps/TFS tools.
  • Provide
    knowledge transfer and mentoring
    to uplift internal technical team capability.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong technical expertise in
    ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
    .
  • Proven experience delivering
    annual HRSD upgrades
    and embedding new functionality.
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Manager Hub, and Now Assist for HRSD
    .
  • Demonstrated capability in
    Business Test Automation
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cyber security uplift and remediation activities
    .
  • Agile team delivery experience with
    DevOps/TFS collaborative tools
    .
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
  • Must be
    Canberra-based
    with
    Baseline clearance
    (or ability to obtain).
