FinXL is seeking a highly experienced and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Canberra. This role requires extensive expertise in ServiceNow development, with a particular focus on Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). You will be a key contributor in maintaining and enhancing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring best practices, and helping to upskill our internal support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing management and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD module. This includes implementing business improvements, managing incidents, and applying security patches.
  • Utilize your working knowledge of Performance Analytics to develop and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Analyze new functionalities available in ServiceNow annual upgrades and work with the team to implement them where beneficial. You should also have knowledge of the additional features available with HRSD Professional licensing, such as Now Assist for HRSD.
  • Actively mentor and transfer technical skills to the internal support team. Your ability to share knowledge and empower others is crucial for the long-term success of the application.
  • Create and manage Business Test Automation to ensure the stability and reliability of our platform.
  • Contribute to security operations on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance and data protection.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, including deep expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Demonstrated experience with Analytics and Reporting and Security Operations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • A strong background in implementing best practice ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience in a support capacity, including incident management and handling a backlog of improvements.
  • Willingness and ability to perform knowledge transfer to upskill a support team.
  • Proficiency in creating Business Test Automation.
  • Knowledge of new ServiceNow functionalities, including those available in annual upgrades and under HRSD Professional licensing.
  • Must be based in Canberra, and hold minimum Baseline Clearance
